Quinn is about wanting to scream but being stuck in an impenetrable shell that seems like approachability, conformity and contentedness from the outside.
Note I used an ableist term "St*pid" in this song, I wrote it a while ago before I was aware of the impact of this type of language. I tried to censor it in the album version.
